TRIP 01 · THE EAST COAST
Lado Leste
Rock formations, beaches and lagoons
From Pedra Furada to the lagoons around Jijoca, explore the landscapes east of Jericoacoara.
Possible stops
01Pedra Furada
This rock arch is one of Jericoacoara’s best-known landmarks. Access on foot depends on the route and tides. Bring enough water for the walk.
02Árvore da Preguiça
Shaped by the wind, this distinctive tree between Preá and Jericoacoara makes a memorable stop for photos.
03Praia do Preá
A long stretch of sand, a fishing village and kites in the sky: get to know the coast that gives Preá its character.
04Lagun Beach
A stop in Cavalo Bravo with a pool and leisure activities. Ask our team what is currently available.
05Buraco Azul de Caiçara
Known for its turquoise water. The water level and colour vary with the season.
06Lagoa Azul
Take a break beside the lagoon and enjoy the scenery. We will check access and available facilities when planning your trip.
07Lagoa do Paraíso
Clear water, hammocks and lakeside restaurants make this a lovely place to linger.
08Lagoa do Amâncio
Rainwater forms lagoons among the dunes, creating a landscape that changes with the seasons.
TRIP 02 · THE WEST COAST
Lado Oeste
Between mangroves and dunes
Travel via Guriú, through mangrove scenery and wide stretches of dunes, to Lago Grande.
Possible stops
01Cavalo Marinho
Explore the Guriú by canoe for a chance to see seahorses and crabs in their natural habitat. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
02The ferry crossing
Crossing the tidal inlet by ferry is part of the journey to Guriú.
03Trilha do Mangue Seco
Exposed roots and the trunks of dead mangroves create a striking landscape.
04Dunes & off-road scenery
The route takes you through dunes, where lagoons appear after the rains. We can discuss optional activities when planning your day.
05Lago Grande
Round off the day by the lake, with restaurants and waterside hammocks for a relaxed break.

Barrinha
A slower day by the sea
A fishing village, sweeping dunes and an evening by the sea: Barrinha is a place to slow down and enjoy the coast.
